- Pressure Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried elderberries
- 1 lemon
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 10 cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger root to your taste
- 4 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in Instant Pot
- Place lid on a seal steam release knob
- Set on manual pressure cook for 10 minutes
- Allow for natural release for 10 minutes once done cooking
- Strain ingredients and place liquid in glass mason jar
- Keep refrigerated for up to 3 months.
- No Instant Pot - then cook on stovetop by simmering for 1 hour.
