A Quick Instat Pot Recipe


  • Pressure Cooker


  • 1 cup dried elderberries
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger root to your taste
  • 4 cups filtered water


  • Place all ingredients in Instant Pot
  • Place lid on a seal steam release knob
  • Set on manual pressure cook for 10 minutes
  • Allow for natural release for 10 minutes once done cooking
  • Strain ingredients and place liquid in glass mason jar
  • Keep refrigerated for up to 3 months.
  • No Instant Pot - then cook on stovetop by simmering for 1 hour.
