Crispy Chickpea Snack [Italian Pizza]

  • 15 oz canned chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • Rinse and pat dry with paper towel or cloth. Allow to air dry for 1 hour.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Choose a flavor and mix your herbs and spices.
  • Mix oil and spices together in a large bowl.
  • Add chickpeas to bowl and coat well.
  • Spread out on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Eat immediately!
