Crispy Chickpea Snack [Italian Pizza]
Trio of flavor options for crispy chickpeas
- 15 oz canned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Rinse and pat dry with paper towel or cloth. Allow to air dry for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Choose a flavor and mix your herbs and spices.
Mix oil and spices together in a large bowl.
Add chickpeas to bowl and coat well.
Spread out on baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
ZESTY TACO: 1 tbsp avocado oil; 1 tsp cumin; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp cayenne; 1/4 tsp black pepper
MAPLE CINNAMON: 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp nutmeg
